How an ORGANIZED HABIT improves TIME MANAGEMENT

A CANDID DISCUSSION ON THE METHODS TO ACHIEVE OUR OBJECTIVES
Here in this article I am going to be explaining about simple tips for new mothers on ‘how an organized habit can lead to an organized life,’ where you don’t have to be dependent on anyone while handling your work, your home, your children and your life. Without additional support, we often find ourselves in situations that diminish our ability to think clearly.
Why should you lose your sense of self when you are just as capable? Don’t you agree?
AN ORGANIZED LIFE LEADS TO TIME MANAGEMENT.
when time is so precious to you.
Intro—
Isn’t it true that chaos, whether mental or physical, complicates many aspects of life?
Your work life. Your home life. Your family and other relationships. Your personal life. It hinders productivity, causes exhaustion, and fosters unhealthy behaviors.
Being organized isn’t something everyone enjoys. I’ve encountered environments and individuals who seem indifferent to the concept of organization. Conversely, there are those who manage to keep nearly everything in order, as a lack of organization could turn their lives into a chaotic experience.
SO HOW DO WE DEFINE ‘ORGANIZATION FOR LIFE’
According to sources, “organization” is termed as the activity of making preparations or arrangements for something.
In my view, organization is a time-saving practice; it stems from a clear objective and becomes a habit that allows for easier sorting of tasks. Additionally, it contributes greatly to a healthier lifestyle in numerous ways, effectively reducing stress and chaos.
HOW CAN WE PRACTICE ORGANIZED LIFE WITHOUT MUCH STRESSING OVER IT
It begins with a fundamental aspect of your life. For instance, individuals in various roles or different age groups will react differently when it comes to organization.
- A student might begin by organizing their books, stationery, and so on.
- A working woman could start by tidying her workspace, her systems, her closets, her dresser, etc.
- A working man may focus on organizing items like his drawers, backpack, bedside table, etc.
- A child can learn how to keep their toys and pillows neatly arranged.
- A homemaker stands out among all these roles, as she is responsible for managing the home, family, and herself. Furthermore, if she is a working woman without any additional support, organization becomes crucial for bringing harmony to all aspects of her life.
LIKE FOR EXAMPLE:
- Arranging things around your reach.
- The aesthetic of home.
- The family closet.
- The dressers.
- The whole kitchen and nutritional overview.
- The kids’ playroom.
- Their toys that overflow.
- The work life—the folders especially, the systematic approach towards targeting your goals and deadlines everything comes under total control.
I AM AN AVID ORGANIZER.
I LOVE THE ART OF ORGANIZATION
THROUGH MEANS OF DÉCOR.
This has been there inside me since my childhood. I remember, I was 7 years old when I developed difficulty with my studies and homework and realized that I needed to act on my own.
Because that was the point when my brother was born and kept the whole house busy. So as a firstborn and due to the age difference between me and my sibling, I always had to rely on myself more than anyone else. Since then, my mother has always been occupied with my brother, leaving little time for me.
I just simply started it with organizing books in my bag. Wherein I would segregate the textbooks, workbooks, notebooks, colors, pencil pouches, this and that, and everything all separately also I always had this feeling of keeping the space around me be it mine, my friend’s, my cousin’s That’s it. Then it started reflecting almost everywhere in my life.
TODAY:
I am a woman who has learned to manage every facet of my life in a way that benefits me in return.
The energy and effort I put into living a clutter-free life, both physically and mentally, is something I feel relieved about. Yet life is chaotic and unpredictable at times. Struggles are real, right? All you have to do is always stay one step ahead in life, and the practice begins here.
How and where all does staying organized help effectively?
- Education (including all extracurricular activities) and work are topmost of all.
If this is balanced, everything else will eventually fall into its place. - Hospital visits and everything related to the hospital when you have a kid at home.
- Vacations and travels.
- Planning a supermarket visit.
- When someone is visiting your home, it not only makes your home look clutter-free but also allows them to gain an insight into your personality.
- The multiple roles in this society for which we need to be dependent somewhere or other also prove to be beneficial when worked with an organized schedule.
- Planning to host dinner for friends or relatives.
There are more points to talk about in depth, but considering this important part in my life, it really is something that I am content with myself about. I encourage the same fact for my daughter, who also is gaining appreciation in her respective field.
This habit reflects in most parts of our life. In small things to huge decisions in life.
It’s not necessary to be organized or perfect at all moments in life. Sometimes imperfection and clutter are a symbol of energy that is happening around us.
Like kids’ toys and their supplies lying in different parts of our home. Like their artwork and whatever else is put on display in the way the kid wants it.
Respecting somebody’s flaw and imperfection is also equally important in keeping up with organized life. Being TOO OVER-OBSESSED is no good signal, and this very point will make you aware of yourself and which category you fall under. There are always ways to make things clear while putting up your perception, keeping in mind the matter of ‘peace.’
STAYING ORGANIZED MATURES WITH TIME. IT NEEDS PRETTY GOOD AMOUNT OF
DISCIPLINE, DEDICATION, AND DILIGENCE
While keeping this in mind, it is important that we don’t cause pressure to people who stay closely around us. Sometimes it could unknowingly lead us to a situation where we might get irritated over them for not keeping things the way they should be at home or in the workplace.
In such a case, remember not to vent out. Just take it one step at a time from explaining to them the importance of why and how this habit could be helpful for us.
Gently reminding them in a fun way about the mistakes they could have made at a certain place. Keep patience, and in the extreme case, just get it done yourself to maintain harmony if you choose to prioritize it. Slowly with time we unknowingly will start following the practice once we put ourselves into it.
Although the above-mentioned points are from my experience, which may not work out with everyone, this habit is definitely very beneficial for kids of all age groups, if not for grown-ups,, so their adulthood becomes manageable in all ways.
