- Mizzle Exotica appears to be a separate holiday stay/apartment setup inside or beside the same “Parishreya / Mizzle” residential complex area in Devale, Lonavala.
Their addresses overlap heavily:
- Both mention Gat No. 259/306, Devale, Maval, Lonavala
- Some listings literally say Mizzle is only 70 meters away from Ovi.
- Ovi’s address even mentions “Parishreya & Mizzle” in business listings.
So practically:
- Same locality / same residential-resort cluster
- Similar apartments and pool aesthetics
- Possibly shared infrastructure in parts
- But managed/listed as separate hospitality brands
That’s why Instagram reels and booking photos look nearly identical.
If you’re choosing between them, remember:

A PEACEFUL APARTMENT-STYLE STAYCATION SURROUNDED BY NATURE
Lonavala has always been one of our favourite quick getaway destinations whenever we want a short family break away from the city rush. This time, we stayed at Mizzle Exotica in Lonavala, and the experience felt calm, spacious, and perfect for a slow family staycation.
If you enjoy greenery, mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and apartment-style stays with extra comfort for families, this property gives a very relaxed vibe.
LOCATION
Mizzle Exotica is located in the Devle area of Lonavala, surrounded by hills and greenery. One of the nicest parts about the property is how peaceful the atmosphere feels compared to crowded market-side stays.
The roads leading to the property are scenic, especially during monsoon and winter seasons when the greenery becomes even more beautiful.
FIRST IMPRESSION
As soon as we entered the property, the entire place felt calm and spacious. The architecture and surroundings have a modern holiday-home vibe rather than a typical hotel feel.
The property has multiple apartment-style accommodations with balconies overlooking greenery and mountains. If you enjoy quiet mornings with fresh air and nature views, you will probably like the ambience here.
OUR STAY EXPERIENCE
The room felt spacious and comfortable for a family stay. One thing we personally liked was the apartment-style setup. one-bedroom apartment type. It has a king-size bed, attached washrooms, a balcony in the kitchen for drying clothes, and a balcony in the living area for relaxed tea time/mealtime. wardrobes with lockers and extra mattresses and dressing tables. Traveling with my little daughter, we sometimes prefer apartment-style stays because having a kitchen gives us the comfort and flexibility to prepare simple home-cooked meals instead of depending entirely on outside food during the trip.
That extra convenience makes family travel much more relaxed, especially with kids.
The interiors were simple, modern, and comfortable for a short getaway.
SWIMMING POOL & PROPERTY AMBIENCE
The swimming pool area is one of the highlights of the property. The open surroundings, greenery, and peaceful environment make it a nice place to relax during the stay.
The property overall feels more like a vacation apartment community rather than a commercially crowded resort, which many families may actually prefer.
There are open spaces around the property where you can simply walk around, enjoy the weather, and spend slow quality time with family.
FOOD EXPERIENCE
The property does have food options available, but if you are someone who prefers flexibility with meals during family travel, the apartment-style setup becomes very useful. There is a dining room that looks more like a college canteen. but it won’t give you the vibe of restaurant-style limited food options available. Food is cooked and served to order.
We like to carry a few basic food items and make simple things as needed, especially when we are traveling with a child.
For people who completely prefer hotel-style dining and luxury buffet experiences, this stay may feel slightly different because the overall vibe here is more relaxed and homely.
