Have you ever thought of how animals and birds find their joy in this earth?

No education, no financial security, no technology, no burdens, no competitions, no inequality, no politics, etc., and so much more to say… Because they just stick to nature. Nature has the power to takecare of every living being on this earth. If only humans allowed themselves to flow with nature, they could rejoice in joy too.

Many animals and birds experience their highest levels of joy in their natural environments, where they have the liberty to wander, search for food, and display instinctive behaviors. Restrictions, such as those found in captivity, can impede their ability to hunt, fly, or engage socially, potentially impacting their overall well-being.

If you found yourself landing on this article, ask yourself to accept what you feel deep down in your heart. Accepting what you feel is the true sense of freedom, and that freedom breaks you open from the cage of dissatisfied existence, thereby leading you to a fulfilled life within yourself atleast.

Humans also exhibit similar characteristics to those of animals and birds. To put forth one statement very clear is that thinking like them would literally keep us at peace. But that’s not what humans are, right? We are all more than that because of our extra senses, but the fundamentals of the life cycle remain the same for all species.

The only great difference between being a human and being an animal or bird is that we have language and cognitive development, we use tools and technologies, we have self awareness and follow our culture.

How many of us have tried searching for a question?
“How to find happiness?”

  • First of all, there is nothing called ‘happiness’ on this earth.
  • We can neither buy it nor achieve it.
  • It is only created and felt.
  • Happiness, in simple words, is the action you do to answer yourself.
  • We may learn to accept many things in life, but the most difficult thing to understand and manage is our own mind—or rather, our own heart.

Many of us mistake compromises for happiness.
Many of us confuse compromises with happiness. We tend to believe that having one thing instead of another will finally make us happy. But the truth is, the more we stop settling unnecessarily, the more content we begin to feel. It all comes down to understanding ourselves clearly. Instead of rushing to settle just to resolve a situation, we should take the time to find what truly aligns with us—and only compromise when it is genuinely necessary.

Remember, if you are happy, you can keep a happy surrounding around you.
Your job is not to keep making everyone around you happy. Each individual is unique, and playing different roles for each of them demands a great deal of energy. Keep people who are good for your growth, mind and soul. Above all, everything on this earth requires trust. Keep trust and earn trust.

Being bold helps us face our decision confidently.
Being bold only takes efforts to face our fears. For example, the only time we feel worried is when we feel weak towards attempting an action that could be demanding. Maintaining faith and courage to initiate progress can pave the way for transformation. Your new transformation often brings mixed feelings to the viewers.

Dream bigger.
If your dreams, or say goals, are bigger than any other thing on this earth, then prepare yourself for FOCUS, RISKS, FAILURES, AND SUCCESS. Keeping your focus helps you stay determined. Be determined & vulnerable when you find things are risky. (But this situation doesn’t apply if we have kids in our life; we need a support system or need to consider taking risks with time). Failures are part of growing, so there’s never any need to feel ashamed of them while working toward your goals. And when success finally comes your way, remember to stay grounded and humble.

They say be flexible.
They say we should always be flexible. But I don’t believe being flexible in every situation is practical or even healthy. As women, constantly bending to fit every circumstance can sometimes cost us our self-respect and sense of identity. The only thing that truly needs flexibility is our mindset—it should be strong enough to handle pressure while still staying focused on its goals.

Endurance is the key to success.
Taking time to reflect in solitude helps strengthen determination and clarity. True strength is not just in achieving success, but in the effort you consistently put in. Even if others appear when it is time to take credit, the work you have done with quiet resolve and perseverance can never be taken away from you. That inner resilience is your true power. Stay long enough in the struggle, and endurance becomes your habit.

Peace and happiness cannot be defined.
It varies from person to person.
Therefore, it is a matter of fact that
one must find peace within themselves

In the end, we take nothing with us. All we truly do is survive, for one reason or another. What matters most is that when our time comes to leave this earth, we do so without regrets. The sooner we understand this, the more consciously we begin to use every moment and every bit of energy in our lives.

Life is never easy for anyone. Each person carries their own hardships and silent battles. We should neither allow ourselves to be crushed by others’ pressure nor place our burdens unfairly on them. What we truly need is a heart that understands. Peace begins within us, and with supportive, compassionate people around us, it becomes easier to find and hold on to.

With the growing technology, we invite more trouble for ourselves and enroll our kids also into so-called unnecessary technology pressure. Happiness lasts only for moments. it does’nt come everytime we want. Peace is something that’s going to stay forever and keep us going forward. Not everyone can live their entire life peacefully from birth till death. It is only after a point in life that peace finds us. Until then, no matter what we got to keep running and running until we choose to stop running.

Living in the present moment matters a lot.

While as a wife and a mother and a professional, it is not easy to handle all at once. We need different levels of energy to keep going ahead. Once there is a family, the most important thing that becomes top priority is the well-being of children and home. Maintaining peace within the home and society, playing multiple roles and handling challenging tasks that you were never prepared for become crucial. It can seriously cause a tremendous amount of deviation and disturbances in one’s life.

It’s not easy to live in the present moment amid all those factors that pressure you to focus on the present. Every person, regardless of gender, experiences a phase in life where they gain insights into the future. Nothing in existence can be more frightening than the reality of life.

Do what you feel confident and
If you’re uncertain, don’t hesitate to be wrong.

Do what makes you feel confident. that can eventually make you feel happier for a while. The psychological nature of humans is that we do not settle at any point we once thought we would. We keep aiming for one after the other. We need to be sure of our goals and limits and act accordingly, which definitely helps you find peace within yourself. Keeping the targets clear and sticking to them is always one practice that changes the perspective of the whole life.

Another significant point is to maintain courage, even in challenging times. We often do not fear our actions but rather the outcomes of those actions. Does it truly matter if we succeed or fail? What really matters is the number of times we made the effort.

The rest we leave to the creator, with faith that God lives in your heart and will guide you.
